We have advanced testing equipment and logical, rigorous procedures that help in diagnosing the problem. We rarely need to use trial and error or random replacement of parts in order to solve the problem, so we more accurately diagnose the problem, fix it more quickly and therefore at less cost and impact to you.

Where we can, we repair your computer in your home or office but sometimes we can do a better job by bringing your computer back to our workshop. We have all our equipment there and a proper safety set-up to ensure that there is no static electricity risk that could damage electronic components. We never try to do work on site that should be done back at the workshop without discussing it with you first.

Once we have diagnosed the problem and worked out the cost of repair, we will contact you with that information to get your approval to continue. At no time will we incur cost to you without you being informed. If we believe it to be uneconomical to repair, we will let you know.
